Bleep Test Challenge News

The most recent Bleep Test Challenge took place during Well Being Week and our champion was Rashid Abdelrahim with a score of 11.6. We will be looking for challengers in the Autumn Term more details will follow. The Bleep Test is viewed by professionals as the ultimate and fairest method for testing fitness, therefore our Champion will be able to call themselves the Fitness King or Queen. Who will be first to break the 12 score?
