WSU Primary Football League winners 2009-2010
Congratulations to St. Peter's (Chip Mews) for winning the WSU Primary Football League. They won the trophy after beating St Saviours in the final on 25th March. Well done to all those who competed!
WSU Football League 2009/2010
The WSU Football League will be taking place at Moberly Sports for schools in the north of the borough and Queen Mother Sports Centre for schools in the south of the borough (see Venues link). The league will start on Thursday 14th January and finish on Thursday 25th March 2010 where you will see teams from both north and south compete to become the WSU football champions. VPSSA and WPSSA 1 Day Football Competition 09/10
The VPSSA and WPSSA 1 day competitions will take place on the 10th and 17th March 2010 at Academy Sport (VP) and Regents Park (WP) see 'Venues' link. For more information on these two competitions please click on the 'VPSSA' and 'WPSSA' link under 'Primary School Sports'nearer the time.
WSU MIxed Football Champions-St Saviours 08/09
Congratulations to St Saviour's School who won the WSU Mixed Football Finals at Regent's Park. After qualifying from a challenging group they went on to beat St Edward's in a very competitive final. Extra time was required to break the deadlock but it was St Saviour's who came out on top. Well done to all those who took part and contributed to an exciting day.
